First, we start by talking to you. You are unique. We can't help you make a PLAN until we understand who you are, and what makes you tick. What do you do for a living? Are you married or single? What do you own? Who do you owe money to?

Next, we need to understand what you want to accomplish. Do you want collection calls to stop? Do you need a solution to your problems with Revenue Canada? Do you want to stop a wage garnishment?

Once we understand who you are, and what you want to accomplish, then we can start to discuss options. We always explain at least five options for dealing with your debts, including:

Solving your problems on your own, perhaps by cutting your expenses or increasing your income, and through budgeting
Debt consolidation loans, or mortgage refinancing may be a solution
Credit counselling is a great solution for some people

Finally, we will explain what personal bankruptcy is, and how it works

After meeting with one of our professionals you will know your options, and you will be able to decide what option is best for you. You will know the PLAN.
