EDIT: 2022-06-16. I have now officially finished my personal bankruptcy, and everything above still applies. Talk to them, let them know what is going on. I know what it's like to want to avoid phone calls and talking about your finances. They're here to help. It's a process that feels long, but it'll be finished before you know it. Do not be afraid to ask questions either, they are smart, kind people who understand the issues we face regarding personal finance. They are on your side.

So I had a good and bad experience with them. Some of the team are friendly, and some aren't so friendly. My whole bankruptcy went fine until it came for tax time. Come tax time the person who does the taxes ended up changing my marital status causing me to owe the government money that I don't actually owe them. It is now 4 months later and the government is still giving me issues with this. They are good to use, but when it comes time for taxes make sure they know if you are single or common law 1000 times before they do your taxes. Otherwise u will end up owing a stupid amount of money that you don't actually owe.
