They also gave me great advice on rebuilding credit and sent me all the info I needed. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was easy going. I have had nothing but positive things to say about this company! I dealt with the Burlington location. I had the pleasure of dealing with Peter and William and I can honestly say that with their help I am in a much better place financially then I have been in a long time! They take their time with you an make sure you understand every step throughout the process. Then there was the credit counselling appointments which sound a little intimidating at first but I can honestly say that I was so motivated after each appointment, I wish there was more!! They treat you like a real person, not just a client, they truly care for you and your financial situations and finding solutions for you that actually work in real life!! I am very thankful that I decided to email this office just for some information and got a real solution and a huge weight off my shoulders!!! Thank you to Peter and William.

I was so devastated, beyond scared and embarrassed to have to take this first step.
It took me months of avoiding calls from creditors, envelopes, emails etc... basically just "turtling" myself into a deeper hole.
From the moment they answered my call, I was met with kindness, understanding and professionalism. They didn't treat me as someone who had done something wrong or had some life circumstances create this mess. It was easy, the meetings were painless and informative and I can say that it truly did help me go in a better path.

One person in particular I want to point out, was Beau Humphreys. He was amazing!! He wasn't just a Hoyes employee. He treated me as a person. He was real, sincere, honest and an overall great person. The kind of guy I would want to go and have a few beers with if it was appropriate. I contacted Hoyes, Michalos and Associates at the beginning of the year, when my debt became unmanageable and very stressful.
