After an unpleasant experience with another company, we were happily surprised by our first visit with Billy at Hoyes Michalos. We immediately felt comfortable and understood. The advice we received was practical and tailored to us. Our trustee was everything we could have hoped for — empathetic, discreet, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. Thank you for helping us get back on track, it’s nice to see light at the end of the tunnel!
