I got into a pickle and got in over my head in debt. I called Hoyes, Michalos and Associates. I talked to Rebecca and had a good conversation to get the ball rolling in getting my life back together. She was very helpful in going through the process in getting rid of my debt. If anyone needs help in this situation don't hesitate to call they are very nice and professional.

I must say trying to obtain professional advice, as allot of people are doing these days considering our global circumstances is somewhat frustrating. 90% of the places I called demanded payment up front and all I needed was a few questions answered. Then I called Hoyes & Michalos and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Brian Mcllmoyle an Insolvency Trustee. He was patient, answered all my questions and offered up further assistance at anytime. I left our conversation feeling uplifted, more reassured and thankful knowing that there are still good people out there whom will help those less fortunate unconditionally.

My experience with Hoyes, Michalos & Associates was very good. I find myself in a difficult spot with paying my Bill's and wasn't sure which route to go bankruptcy or consumer proposal. After speaking with Jason I got a better understanding of what would work for me. I also dealt with Jason's dad many years ago in the Vaughan office so when I needed help again I didn't give it a second thought.

I was quite nervous at first to even call. I did not know very much about bankruptcy or consumer proposal, except that I had to do something.
I called these guys and they were so patient and kind explaining the difference in services, they put my mind at ease. I would recommend this firm to anyone!! Never in a million years did I ever thought or imagined that I would be in the kind of financial hardship that I have been.
