I called back in 2021 for some advice on my debt. Doug Hoyes himself called me and we had a great chat. I took his advice and got a debt consolidation loan to get my debts in order.

Billy at the Burlington office is so comfortable to deal with very professional and very helpful. He made sure i was aware of the proposal process and made sure everything was submitted promptly and all proper documents were submitted to prevent any delays. A very relaxed, non judgmental initial interview laying out the appropriate action for my circumstance. Follow-up visits reinforced the feeling of being respected and being able to discuss the process and report filings in a very cordial, informative environment. Absolutely amazing service! Going through the stressful process of considering a consumer proposal was made much easier with there kind, and thoughtful counselling. Once I came to the decision that it was the right move for me to make, licensed insolvency trustee Ian was there every step to ensure I understood every aspect of the process.
