My experience was great. Jason was very informative and knowledgeable about the situation. He went through the process very thoroughly and carefully. I would recommend anyone who wants to do a proposal to Jason at Hours, Michalos & Associates.

I highly recommend them as for I was struggling with debt and was living pay check to pay check. A friend suggested calling this Hoyes, Michalos & associates to hear them out and I’m so happy I did. Scott who happened to handle my case made everything so easy to understand and is still always a phone call or email away if I have any questions or concerns. From the time I realized I would be needing some help, I was a nervous wreck. Didn't know what to do or who to go to. Then a friend of mine told me to check out Hoyes Michalos.

As soon as I received the first e-mail back I felt like I was in good hands, but was still a bit apprehensive about the whole process. Not being a homeowner, I didnt know which options if any would be there for me. After going through a phone interview with Scott Terrio, I agreed to come in and put my cards on the table and go from there.

From the first meeting with Scott, I felt at ease and knew that I would be taken care of. He thoroughly explained the process, and what the next steps would be in completing my Consumer Proposal. After the meeting when all information was exchanged, I left the office happy and like a weight was lifted off my shoulders.

When I went back in to the office to finalize the Proposal, I got to sit down with and meet Doug. He gave me a rundown of the timeline and any other new information that came about. The only thing left to do was wait for the creditors to respond, but I never had a doubt that it would not be excepted.

I was approved, and now have more financial flexibility and security going forward. Both Scott and Doug helped me out immensely. Even during the process, when one of my old creditors tried to harass me for payment, both Scott and Doug went above and beyond to help me out.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone who may be going through a hard time. There is a way for you to get out of your troubles, and that way is to contact the team at Hoyes Michalos.
