From beginning to end Mr Martel made me feel extremely comfortable with the process. Everything was made very clear to me in a way that I understood. No surprises. At no time was I made to feel less because of my situation. I am thankful to Hoyes, Michalos and Associates for their professional help and Mr Martel for his patience, guidance and for making a personal uncomfortable situation much easier.

My experience with Hoyes has been amazing! Patricia and Howard have been very patient and caring through this whole process. Edit (Feb 09 2021)__ I must say thank You to the people at this organization that I have had contact with through my process. It is often difficult to find good human beings that do a great job and go beyond duty just because they want and because they are good people.

Very professional and helped me understand everything that was happening. Friendly and out going definitely helping me out and drastically lowered my stress level.

I have been fighting with creditors for years, taking one step forward then taking 3 steps back for years. I have always looked into getting help but never followed through with it. Finally I made contact again, was hesitant to seek help. They answered all my questions, gave me ample time to look things and think things over before making any decision. Never did I ever feel pressured from them, but was always provided with information to help me grow.
Jason is absolutely amazing, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. After I signed all the documents to submit my consumer proposal, a weight that I have been carrying for years disappeared and I am able to fix my mistakes and head on the path to correct and secure my future.
If I can recommend one thing, that would be not to wait, don't hesitate and accumulating interest as waiting does not grow your money in this situation. The longer you wait the more it will all cost you.

I worked with Sandra at Hoyes, Michalos & Associates, and had a wonderful experience. I had spent the previous 5 years starting a new business that required a great deal of start up cost, and professional development to get off the ground. My business was and is very successful, but the underlying costs were sitting on my credit card(s), accruing interest that eventually became untenable.
